You heat the grill to heat.
Brush the chops with oil on both sides and cook about a few minutes, depending on desired doneness.
Turn twice, add salt.
Serve the ribs hot sprinkled with anchovy butter flakes.
Accompanying wines: Barbera d'Asti DOC, Pramaggiore Merlot DOC, Rosso Conero DOC.
