Lentil soup spices
Instructions
Put the lentils in cold water, bring to a boil and Cook 10 minutes.
Drain and keep the water.
Sauté 2 onions chopped in oil with garlic, cumin and turmeric; combine the lentils, broth and 1/2 l of water; Bake for 30 minutes, add salt.
Pass a portion of the soup.
Aside from Brown in oil remaining onion, add the cilantro and stir the soup.
Serve with croutons.

- 250 g of lentils
- 3 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Cumin powder
- Fresh coriander
- 1 idea of turmeric
- 50 cl of vegetable broth
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
