Mushroom soup (2)
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them up.
In a crock fry with oil the finely chopped onion, add the sliced mushrooms and, after a few minutes, peeled tomatoes without seeds, sweet pepper cut into small pieces, add salt and pepper.
Arrange in the bottom of the bowls the bread into slices and pour over the soup.

- 600 g of mushrooms
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 green sweet pepper
- 15 cl of olive oil extra virgin
