Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
Chop mushrooms, leek and parsley; crumble the porcini; dice the potatoes.
Brown in butter pour 80 cl of water salt and boil for 30 minutes.
Spending the time suitable to join the starch dissolved in milk, stir and let it boil again for a few seconds.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 4 slices of dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 piece of leek
- 150 g of potatoes
- 30 g of butter
- Parsley
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- Salt
