Squid soup
Instructions
Wash the clams, place them in a pot and let them open.
Remove the mussels from the shells and put them aside.
Chop celery, carrot, onion, garlic and parsley and saute in a pan.
Add the wine and let evaporate.
Add the chopped anchovies and tomatoes peeled and chopped.
Wash the squid and cut into rings.
Combine sauce with clams and cook for 25 minutes.
Serve with croutons.
