Instructions
Wash the zucchini, cut them in half and scoop out the length a bit.
Separately, in a bowl, mix the chopped meat with parsley, egg yolk and breadcrumbs, all seasoned by a little grated nutmeg and salt; fill the courgettes and place them in a saucepan just greased with oil, add 2 tablespoons of water and put on the fire; close the lid and cook.
