Stuffed zucchini (4)
Instructions
Blanch Zucchini for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Cut into logs and dig with 1 tsp.
Mix meat, egg, nuts, Gruyere, milk, salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
With the mixture fill the courgettes, transfer them on a greased baking oil, spread the bread crumbs, drizzle with oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 150 g of stuffings
- 30 g of chopped walnuts kernels
- 1 egg
- 40 g of grated emmenthal cheese
