Marinated zucchini (2)
Instructions
Slice the courgettes to coin (thickness of about 1/2 cm), leaving heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan, place the slices and sprinkle with 1 cup of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes over low heat and cover pan.
Meanwhile, in a bowl mix together: 4 tablespoons olive oil, 4 tablespoons of vinegar and balsamic vinegar, 1 1 pinch powdered mustard; chop or slice a dozen sweet and sour onions or olive oil and add; season with salt and pepper.
Finished cooking drain Zucchini, seasoning them with the prepared Bowl and allow to cool; Chop a tuft of parsley and chives and sprinkle on salad.
