Instructions

Soak meat in milk and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Arrange in a baking dish the onion in thin slices, 20 g of butter in flakes, a sprig of Rosemary, a few leaves of Sage and a sprig of thyme.

Place the meat, season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 1 hour in the oven already warm at 180 degrees.

Half-cooked add 10 cl of milk used.

Serve the sliced meat with cooking.
