Instructions

You can use ready-made polenta and cut eight slices prepared polenta or ben soda, refrigerate and cut it.

In a pan left melt a knob of butter, friggetevi the slices of polenta, dry them on absorbent paper and keep them warm.

In another pan cook the eggs with a little butter and then place on the respective slices of polenta.

Sprinkle with truffle slices and serve.
