Avvinazzata trout
Instructions
Clean the trout and put them inside a lemon rind, salt and peppercorns.
Place in a cold saucepan and cover it with white wine to add 1 ladleful of water, the parsley and the juice of half a lemon squeezed.
Put on the heat, bring to a boil and let Cook 15 minutes per side.
Serve the trout opened into two, with the cooking you will be condensed to form a sauce.
