Cheese tartlets
Instructions
Peel the leek and cut it into thin slices.
Let dry at low heat in a saucepan with a knob of butter.
Add the peas, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk, salt and a pinch of nutmeg.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Split peas on the bottom of individual small pastries, cover it with a spoonful of egg and shake over distributed some cubes of Roquefort.
Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes and serve well-heated

- 200 g of roquefort cheese
- 150 g of peas novelli
- 10 cl of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 leek
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
