Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 100 g tasty cheese (Bandit), 100 g of gorgonzola cheese, 100 g of cream cheese, 100 g butter, 50 g nuts (net weight), 1 package of cheese slices.

Put in the mixer the two types of cheese, you have to get a cream finish.

Mix the butter with gorgonzola.

Foil lined with small rectangular mold, fill it with alternating layers of cheese slices, cream of gorgonzola, walnuts and cheese slices.

Put the cream of both cheese and finish with the cheese slices.

Press lightly with your fingers, then put the mold in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.

Turn the mold over a bowl and cut into slices.
