Mushroom tagliatelle with sausage
Instructions
To get fresh tagliatelle with mushrooms add to the mix the dough a handful of mushrooms in the mixer.
Private part earthy mushrooms and clean them with a damp cloth, then cut them into pieces.
Peel the sausage, sbriciolatela and let it FRY in a pan without adding fat.
Then put it aside and wipe the grease on the bottom of the pan.
Peel the shallots and slice them up in the same Pan Saute it with a few tablespoons of oil.
Add the mushrooms and bay leaf and cook for lively flame for 5 minutes, letting the water evaporate.
Add the sausage and let stand for a few moments.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta al dente and dress with the sauce of mushrooms.
Perfumed with chopped parsley, and serve in warm dishes.

- 320 g of fresh noodles type pasta with mushrooms
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of fresh sausage
- 2 shallots
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
