Mushroom stuffed squids
Instructions
Chop the legs of squid with garlic, parsley and a pinch of dried mushrooms, soaked in warm water.
Add the whole egg, the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper mixture.
Fill the squid with the stuffing mixture and fry them in a pan with olive oil and pine nuts.
Sprinkle with the white wine and add a little water from the mushrooms and a bit of nut.
Then tighten everything up.

- Pine nuts
- 1 egg
- Garlic
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 1 == Pto dried mushrooms
- White wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
