Instructions

Clean and Wash spinach, Cook repeatedly with the only remaining water on the leaves.

When cooked, drain well.

In a bowl, dilute in cream 1 teaspoon flour sifted.

In a saucepan heat the butter and insaporitevi spinach, add salt, pepper and fragrant with a hint of nutmeg.

Stir, cover and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Add the cream and continue cooking for another 20 minutes over low heat.
