Instructions

Prepare a bechamel sauce with 25 g butter, 25 g flour, 250 g of milk, salt and nutmeg.

Finding lessandoli spinach in salted water, drain and squeeze dry.

Put the butter and a little oil in a pan and let it froth over heat, add spinach, salt, pepper and good flavour.

Mix the grated cheese bechamel sauce and pour over spinach.

Put in hot oven to bake and serve.
