Spinach au gratin (2)
Instructions
Boil the spinach, drain, toss with butter, salt and add to them a little bit of grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Cook the potatoes, mash, season with salt, seasoning them with remaining butter and cheese and pour into a buttered baking dish.
On top of the mashed potatoes have the ham to battens and cover everything with spinach.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and place in oven for 10 minutes.
