Spinach and walnut pudding

01078 SPINACH TERRINE and walnuts INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 1 package of frozen spinach, 4 eggs, 200 g of gruyere, 2 glasses of milk, 100 g chopped walnuts, 6 slices of bread, 1 small onion, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Brown, in a little butter, finely chopped onion, spinach without built-in thaws them and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the bread to soak in milk then frullatelo with cooked spinach, eggs, grated cheese and walnuts.
Season with salt and pepper, and grated nutmeg.
Pour this mixture into a mold from plum-cake, previously buttered, simmer, in a double boiler until it is very firm.
(about 30 minutes).
