Spaghetti with Clams (2)
Instructions
Do purge the clams in the water all night long.
Then put them in a very large skillet with 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil and 1 pinch of salt.
Sauteed clams and when opened turn off the heat.
Meanwhile boil the spaghetti al dente, drain and pour into the pan.
Now turn the heat and stir the pasta with clams, adding, when serving at the table, the tiny cut parsley and a sprinkling of pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of clams
- 600 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sprinkling 1 of pepper
