Spaghetti with Clams (3)
Instructions
After taking the mollusks, leave them open into a pot that care should be taken to put on fire well covered.
When shells are open means that molluscs are cooked and unless you want them to cook for hygienic reasons, turn off.
Separately, in a pan, make the sauce with tomato, garlic and olive oil.
When this is done I shall pour the seafood with their water that pass for a cloth or a move dense.
Keep in mind that the clams are brought to the table with their shells, while the other varieties of shellfish that we named are shelled.
Cook spaghetti as usual very al dente and drained them toss with sauce, keeping aside the majority of molluscs, that you will put on the dough, in plain sight, along with finely chopped raw parsley.
Brought immediately to the table.
