Spaghetti alla puttanesca
Instructions
Desalt the anchovies, chopping and FRY slowly in butter, olive oil and garlic, sliced.
Add capers, olives pitted and tomatoes to fillets.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Season spaghetti with sauce and sprinkle them with parsley.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 100 g of black olives
- 40 g of butter
- 4 salted anchovy fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 handful of parsley
- 4 perini tomatoes
