Spaghetti alla norma
Instructions
In a pan pour oil, tomato, basil, salt and pepper to taste and cook over low heat for 15 minutes adding a ladleful of broth or meat nut.
Fry the aubergines and dry well.
Drain the spaghetti and add the tomato and the eggplant, sprinkle with ricotta salata.
Serve very hot.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 300 g of tomato
- 10 leaves of basil
- 2 eggplant
- Ricotta salata
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
