Spaghetti with celery
Instructions
Clean and coarsely chop celery with leaves.
Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the celery and diced ham, salt and pepper.
After 10 minutes, sprinkle with the Marsala wine and allow it to evaporate at high heat.
Boil the spaghetti, drain and toss with the sauce and grated Parmesan.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 heart of celery
- 100 G = = Ham (sliced 100 G)
- 1/2 cup of marsala wine
- 50 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmigiano
