Spaghetti with caviar in salads

2_03187 SPAGHETTI with CAVIAR SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of spaghetti, 40 g of caviar, 60 g of fresh bacon, diced 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon chopped shallots, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, salt.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain and raffreddateli under running water.
Toss with a tablespoon of olive oil and a little salt, then put them in individual dishes.

In a pan with the remaining olive oil, fry the Diced Bacon, drain and place on spaghetti.
