Scented sauce for carpaccio
Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons oil, add 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs and toast for a few minutes.
Add the anchovy paste and mix with a wooden spoon, let it dissolve.
Turn off the heat, stir in vinegar sauce, capers and half the chopped thyme leaves.
When is cold add salt, pepper, add more oil to taste and the remaining thyme leaves.

- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- Pickled capers
- 2 teaspoons of anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
