Instructions
Roll out on a floured countertop pizza dough, then, put it in a non-stick pan.
Meanwhile, Peel the onions, rinse them carefully and subtly thickly.
Wash and dry the leaves of Sage and distributed all over the pizza.
Sprinkle with salt, add a little olive oil and simmer in the oven already warm for about 20 minutes at 250 degrees.
