Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices and cook in butter with salt and pepper.
Pour in the wine and let it evaporate.
At this point passed mushrooms through a sieve or simply in a blender; Add the cream and heated before serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Ideal for white or red meat, roasted, boiled or grilled.
