Risotto with savoy cabbage
Instructions
Thinly slice the cabbage.
Brown the chopped onion with butter and diced Bacon, then add the cabbage, salt, pepper, a ladle of broth and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour the rice, toast, Deglaze with the wine and bring to cooking by adding the broth a little at a time.
Add the parmesan and serve immediately.
