Stuffed baked tomatoes
Instructions
Rehydrate the granules.
Drain the tomatoes split in half.
Fry the onion in butter, garlic and parsley.
Season with salt and add the tomato pulp.
Add spices and cook for about 30 minutes, then add the chopped ham and granules.
Let mix in cooking for a few minutes, then chopping board from heat and fill the tomatoes with filling; go to the oven for about 45 minutes.

- 8 firm ripe tomatoes
- 30 g of soya granules
- 100 g of ham
- Onion
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
