Belgian meatballs
Instructions
Chopping an onion, add the meat, salt, pepper and mix.
Form meatballs and flour them.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, place the meatballs and cook them.
When they are ready remove the meat from the heat and keep warm.
The same butter to dry chopped onion, wet with wine and broth, then add the finely chopped parsley and let thicken.
Pour this hot sauce on meatballs and serve immediately.

- 600 g of chopped beef
- 2 onions
- 75 g of butter
- White wine
- Parsley
- Flour
- Broth
- Salt
- Pepper
