Chicken with olives and capers in the microwave
Instructions
Water capers under running water.
Dry them and put them aside.
Peel the garlic, drain the olives, cherries with the special tool and tritatene roughly half along with garlic.
Clean well the chicken, remove skin and cut it into pieces.
Place it in a baking dish, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the chopped olives and garlic, whole olives and capers desalted.
Mix well and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes at maximum power.
Remove the baking dish from the oven, fragrant chicken with oregano, wet with white wine and add crumbled nut 1.
Add salt and pepper, turn the chicken pieces and cook for another 10 minutes at maximum power.
Grill 3-5 minutes and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- 1 young chicken 1000 g already cleaned
- 150 g of black olives
- 80 g of salted capers
- 10 cl of dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 nut
- 30 g of butter
- Dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
