Instructions

Cut the chicken into small pieces and regular, wash them, dry them, put them in a saucepan with the butter, three tablespoons of olive oil and sliced onion.

Let them cook for about 15 minutes.

Add the tomatoes peeled, seeded and chopped, carrot and chopped celery.

Squirt with a tbsp of water, cover and cook for 45 minutes.

At the last moment add the parsley leaves, salt and pepper.

This is the easiest way to prepare Chicken Cacciatore: in some regions we bring more celery and carrots, other gets wet with white wine instead of water or broth, add sliced fresh mushrooms.

Accompanying wines: Refošk DOC Grave Del Friuli, Chianti DOCG, Gioia Del Colle Rosso DOC.
