Instructions
Salt and pepper the chicken, put it in a pan where it is.
Add carrot, onion, leek and celery, finely chopped.
Pour the beer that should cover it almost completely.
Bring to the boil and simmer about an hour, but after half an hour, turn the bird gently.
When cooked, the beer must be almost eaten, Golden and velvety chicken.
Serve with boiled potatoes with parsley.
Accompanying wines: double-malt Beers, light or dark.
