Instructions

FRY slowly in oil the sliced onion.

Combine the chopped chicken and, when these will be gilded, pour the beer; Cook over low heat, until almost completely evaporated.

Season with salt, add the Bay leaves and raisins softened in hot water.

Cover and continue cooking for half an hour.
