Instructions

Peel the tomatoes and pass through a sieve.

Mince the shallot and fry with peppers, tomatoes and basil.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Brown the onion slices, add the bacon and bake for poco.

Cook the polenta into boiling water with salt and butter.

Combine everything together and serve garnished with parsley.
