Peas with raisins
Instructions
Put the raisins soaked with two tablespoons of brandy stretched with two tablespoons of water.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and put to dry onion and parsley.
When is softened add the peas and let them flavor, adjust salt and pepper, then washed with water.
Cook 20 to 30 minutes from depending on the size of peas.
When missing 5 minutes at the end of cooking add the drained raisins.
Heat well, add a knob of butter and serve.
