Peas with parsley
Instructions
Shelled peas.
In a saucepan saute the onion cut into veil in four tablespoons of olive oil, add the peas, stir and season to low fire and covered for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped parsley and pour the boiling broth, just enough to cover them.
Add a pinch of sugar to enhance the flavor of peas, adjust salt and pepper and leave on the heat until the liquid is absorbed.
