Instructions

Clean the pigeons and tie them; season with salt, and pepper, wrap them in prosciutto slices.

FRY in a terracotta casserole the chopped garlic and the bay leaf, Brown pigeons, spray them with two or three tablespoons of vinegar and let it evaporate.

Bake for about an hour basting occasionally with a little hot broth; remove the pigeons from heat, and serve slegarli.
