Cinnamon sticks and tuna
Instructions
Prepare a sauce with olive oil, the onion and parsley, sprinkle of cinnamon and immediately sprayed with white wine.
Add the chopped tuna, and shortly afterwards the peas.
Cook for 20 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper and, if necessary, stretch a little hot water.
You have cooked the penne rigate, meanwhile, drain and season the soup tureen with this fragrant sauce.

- 400 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 100 g of tuna
- 1 cup of fresh peas
- 1 onion
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- White pepper
- Parsley
