Cinnamon white chocolate
Instructions
Dissolve the cornstarch in cold milk, stirring with whisk, 1 Cook the custard until it thickened.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add chopped chocolate cream.
Put the saucepan on low heat and, stirring constantly, Cook the mixture until the chocolate has completely melted.
Divide the hot chocolate cups and fill with 1 sprig of fresh cream, whipped, and previously with a powdered cinnamon.

- 200 g of white chocolate
- 60 cl of milk
- 100 G = = Cream
- Sprinkling 1 of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
