Instructions
Clean, wash, chop parsley and put it aside.
Cook the penne in a pot with salted water that you have brought to a boil.
Meanwhile, Peel, slice the onion finely and fry them in a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil, until golden brown.
Drain from the oil and place them in a saucepan, combine the cream and shredded cheese.
Add salt and pepper, mixing well the mixture and heat over low heat.
Drain the pasta, pour into a bowl, add hot chopped parsley and sauce.
Mix well and serve.
