Instructions
Chop the onion with a carrot flavour and a knob of butter and two tablespoons of olive oil, add the pepper and cut into neat squares, olives, a few tablespoons of cream and a tbsp of hot water.
Simmer over low heat about 20 minutes.
Boil the penne in salted water, drain and then pour the sauce in the Pan, stirring several times.
Passed on the serving dish and serve hot.
No grated cheese on top.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of pitted green olives
- 1 green pepper
- A few tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- == 1 small onion
- 1 carrot
- Salt
