Instructions

Clean, wash, chop parsley and put it aside.

Cook the penne in a pot with salted water that you have brought to a boil.

Meanwhile, fry the sausage in a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil.

Drain oil and put it in a saucepan combine the cream and shredded cheese.

Add salt and pepper, mixing well the mixture and heat over low heat.

Drain the pasta, pour into a bowl, add hot chopped parsley and sauce.

Mix well and serve.
