Green pepper salad
Instructions
Cut the onion into very thin slices and let soften in warm water and vinegar for half an hour.
Drain and dry with a paper towel.
Peel the tomatoes and cut them lengthwise into wedges.
Chop the green pepper and mix with onion and tomato, then season with salt, pepper and oil.
Garnish with the parsley.
