Penne with gorgonzola
Instructions
FRY in a large pan with butter Sage, add the gorgonzola cut into pieces, cream, pepper and melt over low heat stirring.
Cook the penne al dente, pay into the Pan, mix well, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- 500 g of type pasta penne
- 150 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 20 cl of cooking cream
- Butter
- Sage
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
