Penne with fresh tomato sauce
Instructions
Prepare a mixture with carrots, garlic, onion and celery.
Blanch the tomatoes, Peel, remove the seeds and cut into fillets.
Dice the pepper.
Saute the chopped in oil then add the tomatoes and paprika, salt, pepper and cook for about 30 minutes.
