Instructions

Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel them, cut them into thin slices.

In a saucepan, then Brown in a few tablespoons of oil and Bacon chopped onion, pepper and potatoes.

When they are wet with browned wine and broth alternately and let evaporate slowly.

When they are cooked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
