Celery boats
Instructions
Clean well the celery by separating the individual leaves; the more tender cut into small pieces 3-4 cm long.
In a bowl mix the goat cheese with a wooden spoon, gradually incorporating two spoonfuls of olive oil, a pinch of salt and paprika; spread the cream thus obtained in the concave part of the celery pieces and garnish with a few leaves of parsley.
Keep in a cool place until ready to serve.
You can replace the goat cheese with creamy, or with ricotta seasoned with a little pepper.

- 1 great white celery
- 100 g of fresh goat cheese
- 1 pinch of paprika
- Some leaves of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
- Little of pepper
