Celery boats with gorgonzola
Instructions
Clean and wash the celery.
Discard the outer coast.
Cut those more tender with diagonal cut into long pieces 7-8 cm.
Remove a thin slice on the rounded side of each piece to allow it to rest without tilt.
Mix the gorgonzola and mascarpone until you reduce it to a cream.
Fill each boat and finish with 1/2 Walnut kernel.
